Summary
Reporting to the Director of Global Fulfillment, the Aftermarket Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials, inventory, and resources required to support aftermarket order fulfilment and production activities at the Medina Fulfilment and Production Center.
This role coordinates material planning, inventory replenishment, production scheduling, order fulfilment, and cross functional communication to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full. The position serves as a key liaison between the Medina fulfilment and manufacturing center, the Cambridge manufacturing facility, Procurement, Logistics, and Order Management to ensure efficient material flow throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate material requirements to support customer orders and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages before they impact operations.
• Review demand forecasts and inventory requirements to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Recommend safety stock adjustments based on demand and service requirements.
• Monitor order backlog and customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and in full as needed.
• Support production planning and scheduling activities for the Medina operation.
• Coordinate production priorities with Cambridge Planning and Operations teams.
• Review material availability before releasing work orders.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate risks to delivery commitments.
• Support schedule adjustments to accommodate changing customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Escalate supply issues that may impact customer orders or production schedules.
• Maintain accurate ERP records related to inventory, transfers, work orders, and material movements.
• Monitor and report key operational metrics.
• Generate reports related to inventory levels, shortages, backlog, and schedule performance.
• Identify trends and recommend actions to improve service levels and inventory efficiency.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of MRP, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• ERP system experience (SAP experience considered an asset).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications
• College diploma or University degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive material planning, inventory management, production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and/or manufacturing operation experience.
• ERP & SAP software experience (asset).
