Jamesway’s Cambridge site will once again host Dr. Stew Ritchie and his team of industry experts for the Platinum Brooding® Course on June 8th and 9th, 2016.

This course has been profoundly important to brood managers since its inception in 2001. During the one day course, participants are led through the latest industry developments including the thorough, accurate and precise measurements associated with such critical factors as feed, light, litter, air, water, space, security and sanitation. The stand-alone course was presented in a ‘hands on’ environment to enhance the learning process. The course was also sponsored by Cargill Value Added Protein and the Chicken Farmers of Ontario.

This Platinum Brooding® program has been mandated as a new grower entry requirement by British Columbia’s Chicken Marketing Board and is supported by the Chicken Farmers of Ontario. It is also part of numerous university and college curriculum including the University of Georgia and the University of Arkansas.
